You don't MEET Fabienne Troost, you find her (usually at Kimberley/Evol/Assembly or on Kloof Str walking back and forth from Art school) and then you just keep discovering her. Easy to spot in her black dresses (green on crazy nights), she is solely responsible for making conceptual art as relevant as Justin Bieber and not allowing anyone around her to take things seriously (well except the REALLY serious things). 

With Fabi, life is a concept,and doing anything without her becomes impossible as everything is suddenly painfully ordinary. Not only is her mind fascinating, she is also the kindest, most loyal and ethereally beautiful bitch in this town. Obsessed with Kate Moss and the Smiths-she is usually "girlfriend in a coma"-she lives in the coolest art deco flat and studies art but hates it for being too "serious". If you haven't met her yet, it's time you go out and find her; this bitch will literally CHANGE your life (and only for the better).

So we think it's time you meet some of the bitches which are oh-so-special to us, and make this town (and our lives) a slightly more interesting place. 

First up is our all-time favourite (we watched her grow since the age of 10); TALIAH ABRAMS!! Regularly featured in our shoots, she is not only the most ridiculously good-looking person you have ever met, but also the driest, funniest and hardest to place girl you will ever come across. She loves ALL expensive things (quite literally) drives a mini with a personalized number plate and lives the glamourous life we all hope to reach at 30. She's also obsessed with kids and the worst american movies (Fat Albert is still her favourite). Trance being her only downfall, it's hard not to get addicted to her.
