It’s easily been over a month since we last blogged and while this may seem lazy of us the truth is we've never been so busy before! Isa had to write a million med school entrance exams and try create a mutant virus, while Fani was travelling around the country trying to cast the perfect ad. We have never been so in love with our own beds (or each other) but most importantly we have been quietly working on something which we're very proud of and very excited to be bringing you…

CWB GOES RETAIL!!

That’s right! We have decided to bring out our very own Crazy White Bitches collection. With time we have lost our personal interest in vintage and started loving all things shiny and new and decided that it was time to do the same with our brand. We have been quietly working on a small range of ladies wear with some very talented local graphic designers and production managers. And after falling hopelessly in love with Joburg last year at STR.CRD, we have decided that there is nowhere else we'd rather launch it! 

At the end of this month we will be flying up to Str Crd in Joburg to launch the first of what we hope is the beginning of something big. Based on our own personal style (which is all about comfort and practicality while attempting to remain attractive), all the clothes will be manufactured 100% LOCALLY. Local fabrics, local production, local clothing! We will be keeping you updated and releasing some teasers over the next month so you know what's in store. But before all this we have decided to welcome this new Spring season with something we do rather well..and that's a party!

Oh look it's Tuesday again and the week-end already feels so far away that the fact that you got drunk Saturday is now a distant memory which crappy Monday overshadowed because all your stress is back and the urge to drink is once again overwhelming (it's not a problem till you're 30)

Thankfully there is something to do on a Tuesday so you're not sitting in Bob's/Kimberley getting picked up by alcoholics your father's age who seem appealing due to the lack of excitement and the petrol you're drinking

Untamed Youth x UCT FilmSoc

This week Untamed Youth is pairing up with the UCT Film Society to bring you the BEST PARTY OF THE YEAR!

In spirit of this beautiful collaboration I have decided to compare Untamed Youth to one of the greatest movies of our time BRING IT ON!! 

For the next month this adorable man (let's call him Torrance Shipman)

 

will be RESIDENT and taking over from this guy

 

Which is kind of EXACTLY like the Bring it on plot line except instead of Cheerleaders we have DJs.

So here is how the night will unfold

Your usual UNTAMED YOUTH and crazy kids will be SO INTO LIFE (Jean Renee is actually a secret back up dancer in many music videos)

 

Barry will be doing his usual, what is Cape Town? I love and hate, bitches be cray but trance so good.

He will also obviously be dancing (and smoking) cause HE'S THE BEST.

 

The DJ feuds (we are talking East side/West side here) will continue and possibly culminate 

 

but as always love (and being sexy and cute) will triumph

 

 

All racial boundaries will be broken
